BOOKING POLICY
To ensure the best experience, please take some time to read through the Booking Policy before scheduling your appointment.

Hair must be 4-5 inches long to be serviced. We do not specialize in short hair and do not offer services to shorter hair. Text a photo of your hair to 240-484-6030 if needed.

Appointment durations are approximate and may VARY. Braid services will not be rushed under any circumstances. Please ensure your availability for the estimated duration of your appointment and any additional time as a precaution.

By booking with LVX Hair Salon, LLC, clients are agreeing to photos and videos for promotional use by the salon and the stylists. If you do not agree to your photo and video being taken, please contact info@LVXHairSalon.com.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS & FEES

A $25 Non-Refundable Deposit is Required to book an appointment. The deposit goes towards the final cost of your style. The remaining balance is to be paid via Cash/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay or Zelle. ​​

Deposits are non-refundable. LVX Hair Salon will transfer your deposit one-time only if the appointment is rescheduled before 24 hours of the initial appointment.

Appointment confirmations or cancellations will not be accepted via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You MUST call or text 240-484-6030.

No-shows may be blocked from future bookings at the discretion of the stylist.

Please be mindful that LVX Hair Salon stylists work by Appointment Only. They are showing up to provide quality services at an agreed upon time. A $25 late fee will be added to your service after 15 minutes. Please communicate with the stylist if you are running behind. Appointments will be CANCELLED after 30 minutes. You may need to rebook if the stylist depending on the stylist's schedule for that day.

Please ensure your ride is available within 20 minutes of your finished style. Stylists typically provide a 30 minute or longer heads up to the client. There is a $25 late fee if your stylist needs to wait with you onsite for your ride after services are rendered.
KNOTLESS BRAID SIZING GUIDE
Be sure to select your braid size based on the number of rows you desire in the final look.
Your size "small" may not be our size "small," and that's okay! We offer five different size braids to choose from. Each size has a set number of rows across the head:

JUMBO - 6 Rows across the head, 3 Rows on each side

LARGE - 8 Rows across the head, 4 Rows on each side

MEDIUM - 10 Rows across the head, 5 Rows on each side (This size is also the Standard/Regular Size."

SMALL - 12 Rows across the head, 6 Rows on each side

X-SMALL - 14 Rows across the head, 7 Rows on each side
While these row numbers are set, they are approximate based on the clients head size. If you need assistance selecting the right size, please text 240-484-6030 with your inspiration pics for our recommendation.
