RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
HAIR CARE PRODUCTS
LVX Hair and Beauty Company does not currently accept hair care product returns. While we know it is extremely difficult to know if you'll enjoy a product without a risk-free trial, please consider gifting your product to a friend or someone you think would appreciate it.

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with us at info@lvxhairsalon.com, and we will file a claim and get you a replacement product sent asap!

BUNDLES & WIG UNITS

We aim to provide outstanding levels of quality assurance. Our products undergo a strict process to ensure you receive the best quality products possible. We thoroughly inspect all bundles and wigs before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue cash refunds once a sale is made. However, we do allow exchanges for specific products as long as they meet the following prerequisites for exchanges:

The product is still in its original packaging.

The original tags and wefts are still in place.

The product has not been tampered with, installed, or worn.

No processing has been done on the hair, including brushing, combing, picking, or cutting the hair.
According to Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used.
Custom-colored wigs are not eligible for return.

You must make a return request within ten calendar days from the date of purchase for your return to be eligible for exchanges. Any exchange request after ten calendar days will not be honored.
